At Holly Wellness Coaching, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and confidential space for our coaching conversations. The topics you choose to share during our sessions will be treated with respect and kept confidential. As a wellness coach, I do not collect or maintain medical records or sensitive personal identifying information beyond what is necessary to schedule and provide coaching services.

There are a few exceptions to confidentiality. Information may be disclosed if required by law, if there is a concern of imminent harm to yourself or others, or with your written permission.

Wellness coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. If you share concerns that are beyond the scope of wellness coaching, I may recommend that you seek support from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

My goal is to provide a welcoming environment where you can explore your wellness journey with trust, openness, and respect.
